Driven by Purpose. Committed to Community.

I believe meaningful impact happens when purpose and people align. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege to help lead and contribute to philanthropic initiatives both locally and internationally. Below are highlights of some initiatives close to my heart.

Local Leadership: NKY Chamber Women’s Initiative

Empowering Local Women Leaders
As a Mentoring and Roundtable Committee Member, I facilitate meaningful mentorship connections, lead candid discussions about workplace dynamics, and empower local women professionals to achieve their personal and professional goals.

Creating Connection
My focus is on cultivating authentic dialogue, actionable insights, and supportive environments where women leaders feel seen, heard, and valued.

Collective Vision, Sustainable Impact

Global Collaboration, Collective Decision
While at Gensuite, our global team partnered with buildOn to support educational access in Malawi—a decision collectively made by employees worldwide. Representing our team on-site, my role focused on collaboration, respectful cultural exchange, and sustainable support in constructing a school to empower local communities.

My involvement was grounded in humility, listening, and facilitating connections—ensuring our impact remained respectful and community-driven.
